One-click lesson confirm and join links, plus text reminders

Parents confirming a lesson, or joining one, can now do it with a single click from the email or text - no more logging in first. Parents also get a text reminder if a lesson has not been confirmed a few hours before it starts, and tutors get a text nudge if they have not logged a lesson a day after it happened.
