A new home-grown training platform for staff and volunteers

We have built a new training system directly into the staff platform, replacing the external course tools we used before. Training now lives in one place with clear progress tracking, certificates, and due dates, and each course is broken into short interactive lessons rather than long single documents. The first course covers safeguarding awareness for everyone at NSEMM who does not work directly with pupils, including trustees and staff in purely operational roles. More courses will move onto the new system over the coming weeks.
