Lesson text messages no longer say "Reply STOP"

Live from 05/10/2026. Our lesson text messages used to tell you to reply STOP to opt out, but replies are not read. We removed that line from lesson texts and, where an opt-out is needed, we point you to our support page instead, so the message never promises something we cannot do.
