Only parents and our admin team can see family payment details

Live from 04/10/2026. We tightened who can see money information about a family. Only the parent or carer who pays, and the admin and finance team, can now see what a family pays or the status of a payment. Tutors, students and other staff cannot, even where it might previously have appeared. Details about a family's eligibility for support are limited in the same way.
