A clearer finance experience

We've rebuilt the finance area with a cleaner, more consistent look. Families now have their own page that brings a household's payments, invoices, account credit and any support together in one place. There's also a new bank-reconciliation view and a board dashboard for our trustees. Nothing about how we handle money changed, the same figures, presented more clearly.
