Clearer Community Education Fund support for families

We have made two improvements to how the Community Education Fund (CEF) works for families. First, families whose tutoring is funded through the CEF can now see, on their support page, any extra included support that comes with their place - Save My Exams is one current example - along with how to use each one. Included support appears automatically once a place is funded, so families can see everything their support gives them in one place. Second, we corrected how the fund reports which families it is supporting. Our internal records now show a single, consistent picture of who the fund helps, which means better stewardship of the charity's restricted funds and clearer reporting to our trustees. These changes do not alter what any family pays or the support they receive. They make what the fund already provides easier to see and easier for us to account for.
